Over the past 30 years the landscape of acute stroke care has been transformed providing cost effective solutions that can save millions of lives and improve outcomes for patients. Despite this potential, globally only 3% of eligible patients have access. Time for a Revolution sets out the evidence base for, and the opportunities that exist to advance access to quality acute stroke and deliver Health for All.
