The For the Children - It's Time to Ban the Marketing of Ultra-Processed Products in and Around our Schools regional digital campaign calls on governments to implement strong school nutrition policies which: ban the marketing of ultra-processed products in and around schools; and support school environments free from the influence of unhealthy food and drink companies.
The campaign was led by the HCC and in partnership with the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Barbados (HSFB), the Heart Foundation of Jamaica (HFJ) and the Jamaica Youth Advocacy Network (JYAN).
The campaign was originally launched on April 7th 2025 for four weeks; and relaunched in August 2025 for four weeks.
